NY Mets Take In Some Linsanity!

Rumor has it that there will be some current and not so current NY Mets in attendance for the Knicks vs. Heat game down in Florida tonight. Jeff Wilpon, Sandy Alderson, John Ricco and Terry Collins plan to be at the game tonight after today's workouts to see Lin, Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks face LeBron James and the Heat. Former NY Met and current Miami Marlin Jose Reyes is also expected to be at the game.

When told of this news Terry Collins replied ""Oh, is he?, I'll be sitting behind him, throwing popcorn down his shirt."

In other Jeremy Lin news, Jeremy Lin wants to own the term “Linsanity.”

Lin, who has rejuvenated the New York Knicks over the past two weeks, moved to take control of the catch phrase that’s encapsulated his meteoric rise, filing an application on Feb. 13 with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, according to the agency’s office.
